Jacques Electric’s shop, a welder repair facility located in Dawson Creek, British Columbia houses our team of highly-qualified service technicians, as well as all the tools and equipment necessary to take on equipment repairs of all sizes. All of our repair work meets the quality assurance standards set forth by the EASA.
We also offer 24-hour and mobile services for oversized equipment.
Our shop is equipped with an overhead crane, heavy-duty fork lift, computerized diagnostic equipment, as well as dynamic balancing equipment for rotating equipment up to 5000 pounds. We use core loss testers in testing the condition of stator laminations and rotor bars.
Electric Motor Rewinds & Rebuilds
As specialists in motor repairs, we have all the equipment necessary to complete rewinds and rebuilds for electric motors up to 600 HP/600 volts.
Explosion-Proof Motor Repairs

Jacques Electric is an authorized warranty repair facility for Lincoln® and Miller® brand welders. Our technicians are factory trained and up to date on the latest service and repair techniques. We do everything from troubleshooting and minor tune-ups to performance load testing and full overhauls.
